We now have the ability to offer Remote Support. IF you can connect to this page then we can remotely repair your computer. This remote repair is done using citrix GoTo Assist software. To use this Software YOU must have get a one-use key from our office. This key is ONLY good for one use. The support charge is $50 per repair for NON-WCISP internet customers and $20 per repair, that is not covered by our normal service, for WCISP internet customers . You may purchase a one year remote maintenance agreement for $200. This will give you UNLIMITTED REMOTE support for 12 Months!

To start a remote session enter your name in the form below and call our office (530) 846-2289 and ask for a remote session key. Then enter that 9 digit number into the form below and click on submit. That will verify the session and download the needed software to your computer. PLEASE READ and FOLLOW the instructions for installing the software. AFTER the software is install you will be told that we want to connect and view your computer. When you answer yes, we will be granted access to your computer.

There will be a small window in the lower right hand of your screen with 3 icons the first icon will block our view of your screen. This is to protect your privacy. YOU may click that icon anytime you wish to block us from seeing you screen. The second icon will open a chat window so that you may tell us what you desire us to fix. the Third icon will instantly disconnect us from your computer!

WE WANT TO STRESS THAT YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO STOP OUR CONTROL AT ANYTIME. THERE IS NO WAY WE OR ANYONE ELSE CAN CONNECT OR EVEN RE-CONNECT WITH OUT YOUR PERMISSION!
