We now have the ability to offer Remote Support. IF you can connect to this page then we can remotely repair your computer. This remote repair is done using TeamViewer software. The support charge is $40 per repair for NON-WCISP internet customers and $30 per repair, that is not covered by our normal service, for WCISP internet customers .

You may purchase a one year remote maintenance agreement for $200.00 per computer. This will give you UNLIMITTED REMOTE support for 12 Months! Plus each month we will do all needed maintenance and updates!

To start a remote session click the ICON below, then click RUN, Then Answer YES to allow access, then give us your ID number and Password by Phone by calling our office at (530) 693-0239.
. We will then be granted one time access to your computer.

There will be a small window in the lower right hand of your screen. This will allow use to communicate with you by voice over the internet OR in a chat window so that you may tell us what you desire us to fix.

WE WANT TO STRESS THAT YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO STOP OUR CONTROL AT ANYTIME. THERE IS NO WAY WE OR ANYONE ELSE CAN CONNECT OR EVEN RE-CONNECT WITH OUT YOUR PERMISSION USING THIS SOFTWARE!

After the remote session ALL traces of this software will be automatically removed from Both YOUR computer and our computer!

AFTER the session you may close the invitation to BUY TeamViewer Window and all traces of TeamViewer will be removed.
